I started out like you wanting to hit 1.25 kg/cm but found that boost would spike to 19.5 PSI and more, which wasnt safe to me, even though it was 35 degrees outside at the time... Keep that in mind. It is actually rare that we take these cars past 80% throttle, much less 90 or 100% If you insist on going over 15 PSI try setting your AVCR to 1.1 or 1.15, although even at those numbers I still saw some spikes I wasnt comfortable with on pump gas. You are never going to get it to hold still at exactly what you type in. But eventually it will get nearer and nearer to that point and you will be very satisfied.
